2010 Legislative Conference at the Governor's Mansion

Wednesday February 10, 2010 is the date, and The Governor's Mansion is the place for the PIA's annual Legislative Luncheon.

Why You Should Attend: Nebraska legislators directly influence your agency through the passage of laws and regulations affecting both the insurance industry and small business owners. Yes, PIA has a lobbyist and yes, our PAC donates to political campaigns...but NOTHING is more influential to a legislator than a visit with a constituent. Our focus will be to meet with state legislators and help PIA of Nebraska push action on top-priority issues. The Governor usually speaks around noon so come early! Mark your calendar' s and make your reservations today! And, take a few moments to contact your state Senator to encourage him or her to attend. Space is limited so register early!
